Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Returns are only accepted in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. Requests submitted without proof will not be accepted.
If the return request is approved, store credit will be issued. No monetary refunds will be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us. If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The following items are non-returnable: custom or personalized products, personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used to place a new order.
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days. However, no refunds will be issued. Eligible returns will receive store credit only, provided all conditions are met.
